Iskele
The most well-known resort area of Northern Cyprus and the “calling card” of the eastern coast. A long stretch of sandy beach runs along dozens of residential complexes with swimming pools, restaurants, gyms, and “city within a city” services. The atmosphere here is максимально resort-style and rental-oriented, especially during the high season.

İskele is located approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Famagusta. The town has municipal services, schools, shops, and basic medical care (Yeni İskele Health Center). In recent years, educational infrastructure has been actively developing: new schools from the Near East network are opening. The housing stock mainly consists of small houses and low-rise complexes, less often large-scale projects. Demand is supported both by local residents and by expats working in Famagusta or owning property in the coastal area. For main services, residents travel to Famagusta.

İskele town is a “day-to-day alternative to the resort strip.” Suitable for investors with a small budget focused on stable long-term rental. The optimal strategy is apartments and small houses for families and students, rather than premium seaside properties.
